Series 2 of Marcella continued with just under 3 million viewers on ITV last night.

Written by Hans Rosenfeld and starring Anna Friel, Marcella returned to ITV last week for a brand new eight-part series.
3.7 million watched the opening episode in the 9PM hour but that dropped to 2.9 million this week.
Marcella clashed with new BBC Two drama Collateral which continued with its third episode.
Set over the course of four days, four-part series Collateral explores the spiralling repercussions surrounding the fatal shooting of a pizza delivery man. Refusing to accept this is a random act of senseless violence, tough and single-minded Detective Inspector Kip Glaspie (played by Carey Mulligan) is determined to discover if there is a darker truth.
The opening episode averaged 3.2 million last Monday before dropping to 2.5 million last week, a figure it matched last night.
It was the soaps that topped the night, with Coronation Street averaging 7.4 million and 6.5 million for its two episodes. Emmerdale had 6.5 million.
On BBC One, EastEnders was watched by 5.6 million. Classic Mary Berry started with 2.8 million while MasterChef”s new series started with 3.8 million viewers.
On Channel 4, 24 Hours In Police Custody’s new series continued with 2.4 million viewers, matching last week’s record number.
Over on ITV2, Survival of the Fittest entered its third week with 400,000 tuning in to last night’s (27 February) episode.
It just beat out Celebs Go Dating on E4, which averaged just under the 400,000 viewer mark.
