Love Island 2017: Marcel and Gabby are the current favourites to win

Marcel Somerville and Gabby Allen are the current favourites to win Love Island 2017.

Marcel has been subject to a Love Island gamble, with bookies Betway slashing his odds from 7/4 to 4/5 to be this year’s top male.
The former Blazin’ Squad member is proving a big hit with punters and is clear in the betting to form the show’s winning couple.
Essex boy Jonny is next in the betting at 13/8, way ahead of fellow islanders Chris and Kem at 8/1 and 10/1 respectively.
Marcel’s current partner Gabby is not as strong a favourite on the girls’ side, with the leading online bookmaker going 6/5 she’s in the winning couple.
The odds suggest Camilla has a good chance of snatching victory from Gabby and the other girls at 6/4, while Montana is a distant third in the betting at 9/1.
Betway’s Alan Alger, said: “Love Island is certainly warming up and we’ve experienced a huge wave of interest on the betting front. All the money over the weekend was been for Marcel to be top boy and we’ve had to cut his odds dramatically.
“Marcel is the only competitor that is now currently odds-on the be in the winning couple at 4/5, whilst his current lover, Gabby, is a slightly weaker 6/5 to be the top female.
