The Voice UK 2018: The best blind auditions from week four

Share on Twitter Share on Facebook

It was the first week of The Voice UK 2018 last weekend an here are the best blind auditions from Saturday.

As always, the first stage of the series were the blind auditions where the contestants must hold their nerve as they sing to the backs of the coaches.
If the coaches like what they hear, they bash their buzzer to spin around and select that artist for their teams of ten. If more than one spins then it’s up the act to pick which team to join.
Based on online hits and shares over the past few days, we’ve ranked the most popular performances from the latest round of auditions.
Here’s our countdown…
Donel Mangena
16-year-old student Donel from Southampton performed Cold Water by Major Lazer and Justin Bieber. He got all four coaches to turn and became Team Will’s first act.

Jake Benson
26-year-old carpenter Jake from London performed Julia Michaels’ Issues. Olly, Jennifer and Tom all turned. He joined Team Jennifer.

Lauren Bannon
27-year-old student Lauren from Weymouth performed Major Lazer’s Lean On. All four coaches turned and Lauren went with Olly.

RYT
Duo RYT are made up of Ryan (30) and Tania (24). Ryan is originally from Blackburn and Tania originally comes from Ipswich but they currently live together in London. Ryan is a music teacher while Tania works for an Estate Agents. They performed Nizlopi’s JCB song. They had Jennifer, Olly and Tom spinning and went with Team Olly.
