Malika Haqq says she feels “trapped” inside the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The US reality star admitted in last night’s highlights she was struggling to cope, two weeks into the series.
It comes after the latest run reaches the half way point, with Big Brother confirming the final will air on February 2, two weeks from now.
Speaking to Shane J in the bedroom yesterday, Malika said: “I’m annoyed and I don’t like feeling that way.”
She explained: “The people that didn’t bother me now bother me.”
“It’s not personal. I just don’t want to be around anyone anymore. I just want to be by myself in a corner – which is just not possible.”
Malika went on: “I don’t even want to hear them talking. I’m not a small talk person. You can get my attention if you’re talking about something but this whole environment is ‘small this small that’
“I’m even starting it. I don’t even like myself,” concluded Malika.
Elsewhere in last night’s show, housemates woke up to find that the house had been transformed.
“Welcome to Big Brother’s driving school,” Big Brother announced. They explained: “For the next two days Big Brother will be testing which housemates are the best drivers.”
The housemates were coupled up and told that, in a twist, the winning team would win the power to save one of the nominated housemates from eviction. They’ll then have to put another housemate up for the axe in their place.
The housemates currently up for the public vote ahead of the twist are John Barnes, Ann Widdecombe, Daniel O’Reilly, Rachel Johnson and Andrew Brady.
The results of the task will air in tonight’s episode.
Celebrity Big Brother 2018 continues nightly on Channel 5.
The double eviction airs on Friday night from 9PM on Channel 5 with host Emma Willis.
