Channel 5 has confirmed that Celebrity Big Brother 2018 will start on Tuesday, January 2 in the New Year.
In a twist, the show will start with an all women line up. Male celebrities will join the cast of contestants at a later stage.
As always, Channel 5 is not confirming any names on the cast right now but rumours are starting to build.

India WilloughbyAccording to The Sun newspaper, ITV newsreader India Willoughby is one of those lined up to enter the house next year. A source told the newspaper: “India is in talks to sign up for the show- they’d love to land her. She’s outspoken would be amazing television.”

Baroness Michelle MoneBaroness Michelle Mone has reportedly been invited to take part as bosses try to avoid “the usual D-listers.” However the businesswoman has apparently turned down their offers so far. “They offered a lot of money to start with and kept increasing their offer,” a source said.
Elizabeth McKennaElizabeth McKenna has been rumoured as Celebrity Big Brother’s next token housemate from The Apprentice. Wacky Elizabeth has proved a fan favourite on the ongoing run of Lord Sugar’s business series, and has the backing of Bit On The Side’s Rylan Clark-Neal.
“I’m going to say it, and I have no power, but if she doesn’t become a housemate on Big Brother very soon I will not be happy,” Rylan told ITV’s This Morning. “She would be one of my ultimate housemates.”

Sam and Louise

Louise ThompsonAfter his appearance in the summer series, Sam Thompson is encouraging his sibling and fellow Made In Chelsea star Louise to follow in his footsteps. “Sam has been encouraging me to have this really eye-opening experience,” she told the Metro newspaper. “I don’t know what I would do. I don’t think I would be very good.”
Charlotte LeslieCharlotte Leslie, former MP for Bristol North West, is said to have signed up for CBB UK in 2018 in a ‘six figure deal’, The Sun reports. “Channel 5 bosses have been desperate to sign a female politician and they are thrilled that they’ve managed to land Charlotte,” an insider said.
Celebrity Big Brother will air on Channel 5 from January 2.
